SecureDental PLUS pricing is set by tier, network and state, not age: the Premium tier on the National Options PPO 30 network came to $44.63 a month for one adult in a Texas quote in August 2026. Add a $7.95 monthly association fee and a $10 one-time fee where the plan is issued through its sponsoring association.

Dental premiums generally go into the self-employed health insurance deduction on Schedule 1, with the same limits as health premiums: no more than the business’s net profit, no months you were eligible for an employer-subsidized plan, and no reduction in self-employment tax.
